Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every One Family item. If you are not satisfied with your physical merchandise, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any attached tags. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced promptly at no additional shipping expense to you.
3. Gathering & Event Registrations
Event registration fees, where applicable, are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled gathering. Within 14 days of an event, registrations may be transferred to another individual upon written notification to our support team.
4. How to Request a Return
Email us directly at support@thisisonefamily.com with your order number and photo of the item if damaged. Our support team will issue a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days.
